This course is designed for NGOs workers, it provide clear understanding of the process of strategic planning and the conditions that must be met for the purpose of good strategic planning. it also provides them with understanding of the logical approach, and allow them to identify their strategic goals and organize themselves to achieve them, by identifying responsibilities and roles that will make change and achieve goals

Requirements
- The trainee must be a member or employee in an organization and willing to learn the basics of strategic planning
- The trainee should use the information provided to him to develop and improve his organization’s goals and plans
- The trainee must analyze the status of their organization by the analysis methods that they will learn through this course
- The trainee should develop the values, purpose and goals of his organization after training
